As a result, current consumer preferences, product life cycles, employment concepts have undergone tremendous changes, because of which the challenges that the corporate world faces today are multi-dimensional. While on the one hand there is a need to augment resources – both technological and human, to face the competition all over the world, on the other there is also a need to reduce increasing costs. ‘The best quality at the least cost’ seems to be the motto of the present day economic development. From the human resources stand point, this necessitates the emergence of young and effective managerial talent with an exposure to strategic specialization. Group Discussions and Interviews are the final deciding factors for selection.
